In the late spring of 2005, Jeri arranged with friends Steve & Laura Ensign to board their two mini’s Kirby and Cher. Actually, Jeri and Laura conspired as they wanted to mate Cher with our stallion, Joey. They were successful and Cher is due in April 2006. We had a scare with Cher in July when Jeri noticed she was acting differently one morning. Eventually it was determined that she was bleeding internally. Steve and Laura took her to a horse hospital and she recovered with apparently no |

problem to the baby. We are looking forward to seeing this little one in the spring. |

So he went to his doctor, who referred him to Dr Peterson in Hillsboro, a orthopedic surgeon. Dr Peterson recommended arthroscopic surgery which was done on June 13, 2005. It was successful and Cam has not had any more problems with that |

knee. While examining that knee, the Dr recommened the same procedure for the other knee and we were planning to do that. Unfortunately, during the planning stages for that suregery, Cam’s Dr Peterson had to go on Medical leave. We soon found out that he had Cancer. His replacement doctor did not want to do the surgery on Cam’s other knee, so that ended that. |

Cam has periodically had a sore lower back where the muscles tighten up. He occasionally goes to Jeri’s clinic where friend Jackie puts him on a machine that is designed to strengthen the back muscles. It works pretty good. Anyway, in March, while warming up on a elliptical stair stepper machine, he noticed that his knee didn’t feel right. As time went on, he would |
